People Counting can be used to count the number of people entering into or exiting from the defined access (e.g., gate, passage, etc.,), and then get the people flow data, inventory and other statistics data for analysis.
We need to address both the ‘upstream’ and ‘downstream’ processes to prevent crime
In my last article on “Crime prevention is a better option”, I received many positive and constructive comments. However, someone said the article is academic and wondered if crime is actually reducing. At ground level, he does not feel and see the effects of it.
