QUALITY POLICY

IPSEC ENGINEERING SDN BHD as a leading Engineering contractor is committed to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System. We fulfil the applicable requirement and ensure satisfaction of interested parties is achieved by providing the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates and clients.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

  • To achieve On Time delivery
  • To achieve client’s NCR ≤ 8 Cases per project
  • To achieve Sub contractor non conformance ≤ 10 Cases per project

QUALITY POLICY & PLANNING

Quality objectives are established in order to meet customer as well as company requirements. The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the company quality policy. The ISO committee members shall establish the quality planning for achieving the quality objectives and ensure the quality objective(s) being compiled and achieved. The following quality objectives are to be achieved in one (1) year time.

  • Project personnel to proper communication, coordination, follow-up with sub-contractor, client/ client’s representative, local authorities, consultant etc
  • Project personnel shall ensure to monitor the Project Work Programme
  • Project personnel shall ensure the works are confirming to contractual requirements.
  • Project personnel shall take action immediately if the project progress is delayed.

  • Project personnel ensure proper communication, coordination, closely follow-up with sub-contractor, client/ client’s representative, local authorities, local council, consultant etc in any technical & quality issues etc. during work progress
  • Project personnel ensure the works are confirming to contractual requirements, local authorities’ requirements, and local council requirements during work progress.
  • Project personnel ensure shop drawings fulfilling client and applicable requirement

  • Project personnel to proper communication and coordination with sub-contractor
  • Top management ensures qualified/ competence sub-contractor is engaged.
  • Project personnel to monitor the sub-contractor on project progress, quality of works & service provided.
  • Issue NCR, if the non-conformance caused by sub-contractor and the non-conformance affects the delivery/ project schedule, complaint from client.
