IPSEC Engineering Sdn Bhd or IPSEC (Formerly known as IP & Pixel Security Sdn Bhd)Â company Reg. 986465A. IPSEC is a dynamic and fast growing company based in Malaysia. In 2012, IPSEC started with 2 headcounts and today we have 26 full time staff and 2 offices.
As you may already know that Engineering and Building Automation is a highly competitive industry, 75% of IPSEC employees have either a technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Computer Science and Engineering related qualifications. Our strategy is by maintaining high competency and well trained staff to allow IPSEC to undertake complex and challenging projects.
We have a mixture of project experiences such as high-rise building, mix development, residential property, industrial or smelting plant and warehouse. The location of the projects are in West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Our clientele are MNC, listed company, Government, GLC, Banking & Finance, manufacturing and established business entities. We are careful and selective in partaking new projects, this is to ensure quality is delivered. We have achieved good revenue growth for the past 3 years with current order book exceeding RM 10 million. We anticipate our revenue will grow five fold in the next 36 months because we have a holistic and proven business model.
In Q4 2015, IPSEC embarked on ISO Certification to add credibility and demonstrate engineering competency. In May 2018, IPSEC obtained ISO Certification (ISO 9001:2015), the certification are Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC).
We have good partnerships with tier 1 and top brands like TOA Electronics (Japan), United Technology (USA), Hanwha Techwin (Korea), Hikvision (China) and Honeywell (USA). Therefore IPSEC is committed to market these brands to our customers.
For business expansion and undertaking large projects, we are continuously seeking new partnerships and strategic equity investors to grow IPSEC.
IPSEC’s founder has 20 years working experience in business development, project management, information technology, telecommunication and M & E engineering projects. Some of the projects he had managed were for the following customers: Sarawak Shell, Petronas Carigali, Malaysia Refinery Co., Kulim (M) Berhad, Johor Corp, Manipal Melaka, UTM, UTEM, UTHM, Iskandar Malaysia, Sharp Roxy, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia, Hitachi Electronic Devices, Kenwood Electronic, Hua Yang Berhad – Citywoods, Amerin, CTA Capitals, METIX – Sakura and many more.
